Internet Marketing Secrets Revealed

The #1 Thing Standing Between You and Success

Do you know what the #1 thing standing between you being the next great ‘overnight’ success story is?

If you said not having the right information, I’d have to totally disagree because there is so much info available today it will make your head spin.

How about not having the right product to sell?

Nope, that’s important to be sure, but it’s certainly not stopping you from hitting it big.

Could it be not taking action (letting the fearof the unknown stop you)?

Well, you’re getting closer… because it’s thereason WHY 99.9% of people fail to take action.

What is it?

The number 1 thing standing between you and makin’ mucho greenbacks is mastering info overload and focusing through the overwhelm of too much information!Yup! That’s right it’s Info overload!

Sorting it all out so you know what’s right for you, what model you want to pursue, which ‘expert’ has the right path to follow.

If I was starting all over from scratch not knowing anything today (at this particular point in time), I think I’d probably feel like putting a gun in my mouth and blowing my brains out because there’s simply TOO much info today…

TOO many choices….

OO many people to listen to!

Every time you turn around there’s another guru with another magic pill for you to swallow…

  • another eBook for you to buy…
  • another video to watch…
  • another teleseminar to attend…
  • another blog or forum to join…
  • another free report to read…

Don’t get me wrong, there is more and better info and resources available today than EVER before (but that’s a double edged sword because even though there’s never been more ingenious methods to make money today, you still gotta get started).

There’s just too many choices, right?

And, let’s face it… we’re all different people with different goals, different wants and desires for our lives and families, different backgrounds, different experiences, different challenges, and different ideas of what success looks like for us, right?

Because of that not every solution will work for everyone.

It’s about finding the one that works for you and your life. It’s got to fit you instead of you trying to fit yourself to it, right?

And, most importantly of all, at least in my opinion, is you’ve got to *FOCUS*

  • Focus on something small so you can actually reach it and start feeling good about yourself instead beating yourself up for not being further along….
  • Focus on small bite sized steps that you can do so you’re never left wondering what to do next…
  • Focus on not getting distracted once you’ve set your course so nothing takes you away from what you’ve decided to do…
  • Focus on taking the **first step** (that’s right for you) because once you start the action chain-reaction (with the right focus) you’ll find that the next steps will become crystal clear…
  • Focus on what will take you to *YOUR* biz goals (not what someone else thinks is best for you)

So how do you do all that without your head exploding?

Well, I have something that I think might just hold the answer for many, Many, MANY of you (it won’t be right for everyone because it can’t be all things to all people but the people who’s style this does fit will love the clarity and the results they get from what I’m about to unveil).

For many of you it will be just the answer you’ve been searching for. Really.

  1. Steve Brubaker Says:

    Derrick,

First, thanks for the free download (from above blog). As I read your blog’s and info you distribute to your members, I wonder how many folks are in the same position I am? Here I am with about 7 months of internet “experience” and I feel like I am spinning my wheels. And I know why but I do not know what to do about? I am in one business “way to deep”, as in I spent way to much money and I don’t feel compelled to cut ties yet. I am not sinking any more but still “hope” for this business to turn a profit. I am in another business that takes a lot of time to market but at least I have invested minimal expense. It is doing the best, so far. And then there is ACS in which I feel has the best potential and quite frankly, I appreciate your support and guidance as you have made the most sense with this internet marketing approach to making money. So I have a sense of loyalty to you and your business approach. And since I have taught myself to learn how to build websites, my neighbor wants me to help him with his project of promoting his business online. And all this time spent on the computer does not include the “day” job, a wife who travels for her work, raising three kids (1), (3) and (11) years old. Can you see where I am coming from? Yet the desire to succeed with an online business still burns within. (Not to mention, it would be nice to get a round of golf in once in awhile.)

So I hear what you are saying and I have fell in to the “internet trap” you have referred to in your blog articles. And as they say, you can lead a horse to water but you cannot make him drink. I can see that I am setting myself up for failure not success. So again, thanks for your continued leadership and coaching. I realize I have decisions to make if I want to experience any type of success with the internet marketing business.

Oh, by the way, I have managed to sell two Piggy-Back Traffic systems in the last 12 hours and hope for a few more orders. (My first returns on my ACS investment! And readers please note, my efforts to promote ACS have been minimal and I have not followed the 30 day challenge, yet… I can only imagine how successful I could be if I were to devote my time to the challenge).

    Keep up the good work!

    Thanks Steve!

My wife is a full-time high school teacher and I have FOUR kids (10,10, 13, and 15). I’ve been a work-at-home dad for 10 years now. It’s not easy. But it’s very profitable!

    Keep the faith…

  3. Klaus-Dieter Hanke Says:

    Hi Derrick,

You are perfectly right. Focusing your thoughts and actions is the key point.
Trying to grap each opportunity is meaningless and distracts you from the reality.

Somebody wrote to me: “Stop wasting your time, go ahead and just do it”.Boy was he right!

That’s exactly what I did and it satisfies me.

    Best regards

    Klaus-Dieter

  4. Rick Says:

    Derrick,

Are you psychic? Reading your blog I felt as though you were reading my mind.I catch myself all of the time getting distracted. It starts with download a free report, then there’s another one and another….It is very easy to get overwhelmed by it all,and disappointed with the progress due to distraction.

I have been working on my business for almost 2 months now and am making very slow progress, between the distractions mentioned above, working a full time job outside,I’m gone 10 to 12 hours a day,and 2 young boys, its hard to get anywhere.

I have not purchased you Affiliate Cash Secrets yet,I do plan on it very soon,I am trying to create some income from other places that are free,I just can’t make the purchase now.

I am on your mailing list and have gotten some very good information from you.Thank you for that and please keep it coming.I must get back to work now, trying to build on my web site and everything else.

    Derrick,

Thanks Derrick, for waking me up. Information overload, it’s a total distraction from what you are to be focusing
on.I know I am an email junky and like any other habit it’s not easy to break. With your leadership the future
    is looking good.

    Thanks again,

    Ric Day

  6. Claire Calo Says:

    AAHHH Derrick,
I really like the way you write and at times I feel that you are TALKING RIGHT AT ME.
I am a Healer whom has decided to change professions, I’m 51yrs and my babies are 28,26.
I too have only been on the internet for 7 months now and I cant believe that I havent given up yet.
but I was all over the place joining here there and everywhere. having a heart attack every time my credit card statement came in. About 1 month before I joined you I got hold of myself and began to focus, it didnt stop me from joining you. I did nothing and was begining to slip back into old habbits when I read your blog, YOU HAVE GROUNDED ME
I love your honesty. I am not computer skilled and 7 months ago I only knew how to open emails, and there’s still so much that I dont know how to do. But I’m learning, even though I havent made a buck yet.
I heard a statement today that i like
“I AM WILLING TO DO SOMETHING EVEN IF I’M DOING IT WRONG”
    it gave me a giggle.
I dont want to be doing it wrong.
Your program makes it easy, I’m now follow all the steps.
    thank you
    Claire

  7. Dan Farrell Says:

You are 100% right on Derrick! After too many years marketing online and only having limited success, I’ve realized the reason…lack of focus!

I am the biggest sucker…er, motivated marketer, and had to have the latest and greatest software, ebook etc.

Never totally finishing one project before something or someone distracted me to start another project. On and on with more money going out than coming in. Recipe for failure and disaster!

It’s almost or is a disease. The will to succeed so strong and powerful that you stay awake at nights thinking of all you haven’t done or need to do!

Now I’m trying to focus on no more than 2 projects at a time and that is extremely hard…still.

I love your blog and will bookmark it…if it doesn’t distract my focus! :o)

  8. Jean Says:

Thank you for your gift, I’m new in the Internet business, I just sold few ebooks with low prices on eBay, I have created a web site, and I strive to get traffic, and as you said “Focus on not getting distracted once you’ve set your course so nothing takes you away from what you’ve decided to do… ” I just thank you for your gift but I’m not going to use it, at least not at this time, I’m focus in getting traffic and I will persist to get my goal, and I thank you again for your gift and your time.

  9. Syd Mooney Says:

    Great stuff here, Derrick!

Thanks for the info. And I thought you’d want to know that, as a freelance proofreader, I’ve found a number of typos and grammar bloopers in your page that I’d be glad to review for you. Just want to make sure that your posts look as professional as I know you are, you know? Only if you know that it would help you . . .

Now, keep up the good work!

    Syd

  10. Biswajit Prasad Parida Says:

  11. Rony Says:

    Hi Derrick
I’m always in search for new opportunities to get wealthy. But in vain cause the lack of money and power. But the most likly we need to be in the market to watch guard for every day something new. I hope this year it would be the best for all of us. I liked your blog and surely i’ll be ACS very soon.
    Waiting for updates.

  12. Rev. Michael Hall Says:

    Steve,

I hear you. I have about a year literally devoted to internet marketing. I average 30-50 hours a week, and that is in addition to my 45-60 hours a week working for da man. Plus a home wife and 2 small children. It is rough. And I agree with what Derrick says as well…too many options filling my head!

My problem is way too many projects at once. I have just decided less than a week ago to cut from those that are eating time and not producing (of course they could be picked up at another time). I have also cut ties to most monthly membership programs.

I have made money. But not the kind that will let me tell my company to find a replacement for me yet. I do love to talk about money though, and sharing ideas!

I am an ordained reverend as well. So I have decided to create a crusade to help others, even though I am not a “guru”. I have learned the hard way what does not work.

Anyways, much luck to all. Thanks Derrick for your contributions. And feel free to come here me preach about money at the
Virtual Church of Our Lady of the Internet (http://securingincome.com/blog/)

    Take care all,
    Rev. Michael Hall

  13. Daniel R. Gachanja Says:

I have been not able to be browsing always due to work. I am a casual. Thank you.

  14. mitchpowell Says:

It looks like I’m not the only one with a “ping-pong” approach to marketing. I’m glad this system reminds me to stay on track. I’ve made a few sales without even trying very hard so when I really do get into all the other things you discuss in your 30-Day Challenge, I’m confident I can really get somewhere finally.

    Thanks Derrick!

    Mitch

  17. Bob Says:

I’m still looking for ways to reach someone for assistance. Is anyone there?

Bob, you didn’t leave your last name, email or any other way to contact you. You can submit a support ticket at http://replytoderrick.com/support.htm

  18. norm Says:

Your article was very well written. I have been working on this website about 3 months now, and I am still adding to it. You are right about information overload. I am receiving over 30 e-mails a day from people trying to sell something. Some of the information is worthwhile. I have about 2000 e-books buried in my hard drive, most of which I will never see again. Your comments are a breath of fresh air. Thanks, norm.

  19. steve Says:

    derrick,
I am the perfect example of what you are talking about.
I read everything thinking i’m gonna leave something else out. I have purchased literally thousands of dollars worth of products, programs and ebooks. I just couldnt get started because of all the info out there. Finally I can be focused thanks to your training and the actions steps afterwards.

    thanx Derrick

  20. Domingo Arenal Says:

    Hi Derrick,

Again another great information. You hit the “bullseye”.

    In my case the #1 thing standing between me and success is;

Yes, it’s everyone’s nemesis, Information Overload plus the tendency to become a perfectionist and a dash of “instant success” syndrome is the culprit.

Thanks Derrick. Hope more articles of this kind.
