Great video mate. Even as a relative new comer to the online business world I realize that outsourcing it vital to my success. Too many times I have wasted hours trying to get some little technical issue resolved…only to find that not only have I been non-productive all morning but most of the time I failed to solve the problem anyway. Just by using sites like http://www.fiverr.com I could outsource my techie problems and have them resolved for just $5!

So my message is even as a newbie value your time (and your earning potential) and get rid of all those things that are blocking your progress.

Do what you are good at and outsource or find someone that is needing help with what you are good at and swap skills for what they may be good at.
